It's not the camera, dummy.
I can be an avid eBay user at times, more often than not, I am let down by the snap shots which clearly devalue the merchandises, not that I would complain if I were to bid for it.
More intriguingly , bad photos are usually followed by “photos don’t do the justice”, then explained with the words such as “camera isn’t very good”.
It is always hard to explain...

Heavenly destination
How would you feel about a place if no one has ever returned after visiting?
And would you choose a holiday destination based on recommendations from those who have never been to that place?
If you still believe in heaven, I’d like to know why.

How good is your COLOUR vision? →
Colour sensitivity has never crossed my mind ever since I was “advised” to wear specs in order to compensate for vision deterioration.
Yet I was reluctant to take the test when I came across it a few months back, worrying what I might find in the result.
Today, I manned up and sat through it.
Result?
ZERO = perfect colour vision!
You can find me on the moon should you need me for...

Unintentionally dragged into a pub quiz, five pints of Sierra Nevada later, anything goes. C’est la vie!

Live reporting from Bond in the big smoke
Smoke is what big smoke does best, and it is no exception at Bond.
For someone hardly goes out in the mix of pretentious souls, I haven’t a clue what kind of club Bond is. Perhaps you can help me with that.
Once you are on the guest list, the privilege starts by queuing amongst other equally privileged punters, whereas the other queue was virtually empty, but we are talking about guest...

John Dorian's "All the new people"
When JD’s Garden State took the cinema world by storm, I was truly impressed by his sutble, dark sense of humour in the storytelling.
A few years gone by, I was fortunate enough to be the first to watch his new play, “All new people” at Manchester opera house.
The story was well thought through, great character building (except the escort, too predictable unfortunately), some...

The significance of £0.35
The Post Office lady asked me: “For extra £0.35, you can send the parcel with tracking instead of just a signature, do you want to go for that option?”
I hesitated, wondering if tracking is really necessary, considering the 100% delivery rate with signed for service in the past …
She interrupted my thought, “It’s only 35 pence.”
There, I gave her my answer,...
